unsure of quantity. also not sure if they have S-hooks still...i'm thinking not (pic doesn't look like it, and description does not mention any). waiting for confirmation on that, though. i'll post here when i get it.
edit because i'm in the dark...

The title says-
AF1 Racing Tie Downs - Blue Pair (AF1 Tie Downs - b)
"Blue Pair". Generally means 2. Deceptive advertising? I think we need clarification.
I don't see any S-Hooks...

i've confirmed that these do NOT come with S-hooks (blue or orange), and the BLUE are rated around 500-700lbs. the quantity is in pairs. these are regular loop-type friction straps.
i'm still getting a handful of these; they come in pretty handy. let me know if anyone else would like some, and how many PAIRS you would like.

I'm gonna pass. Not sure I would use them without S-hooks.

I better pass too. My rusty trailer would wear right through the nice straps. Thanks for the offer

Why?!?!?!?
Well, because I have 3 pair of ratcheting tie downs and I rarely use more than 1 pair of those at one time. I never use the black Harley ones. A little (late) spring cleaning.

What's your count on the straps?
I can use a few more just in case.
I think ***'s idea of carabiners would work for those without the S-hooks
