An Italian motorcycle Company should be owned and operated by Italians.

They seem to have the natural styling ability.

They are obviously performance oriented and passionate about the business.

The only one I've had experience with has been the most unreliable, temperamental piece of junk I have ever seen. My $100 Honda I bought broken out of a defunct repair shop has been more reliable in every way. They make Ducati look like a Honda by comparison.

It may be a lemon, but the sheer volume and variety of problems ensure I will never own one.

let's see every european vehicle i've had.. been great easy to work on, reliable (when the were supposed to be) and stylish

my freaking Acura.. 2 transmission rebuilds in less than 130k miles.

so I'm glad MV is european again.

This sounds amazingly like that episode of the Simpsons where Mr. Burns sold the Nuclear plant for $100 million to ze Germans, just to buy it back a month later for half price when the Germans realized they go hosed on the initial sale.

Italians in the design department for sure, but I'm not so sure about some of the other positions - such as management... or logistics!
