Does anyone know about an offer I keep getting that says watch 1,000 TV Channels over the Internet from around the World ?

Includes Sports, News, Movies, etc.for a yearly fee that is less than the monthly cost of Cable TV.

Is it legit ?

haven't seen that myself but as with all else the internet 'offers' I would be exceptionally skeptical.
