Brackets to hang a shock res from the frame?

Seen a few monsters with their shock reservoir attached to the frame. Anyone know where one might get these? Or am looking for a fabrication shop/ fabricator?

The rubber bumpers that came with the kit (easy enough to substitute with something else) two wire ties and a hose clamp. The hose clamp is just my paranoia.

This isn't a new shock. This is an existing one that needs a new home for its reservoir due to a new exhaust set up. Are those bumper kits available some place?
