I thought you were going to ride minus kickstand?
but you're ok right?
im fine. i slid and rolled for a bit but i landed on my feet. I re-tech'd and was out on the next session 40 minutes later.
i didnt want to do the kickstand thing because i dont want to bother with bringing my rearstand all the way to my friends house just to load it up on the car.
Well i paid the price, i think if the stand wasnt there, i would of been okay. I shouldnt of been on the curb that much anyway. but you live and learn. im not going to track the monster anymore because say my rear tire caught and it flipped the bike, id have no street bike. So im getting a dedicated trackbike.
Im riding the monster faster and faster each time, and eventually im going to make another mistake and i wont be so lucky. its just the fact of trying to go fast on the track. So no point in chucking a perfectly good street bike.
here is me riding before i chucked it. I love the DS1000 motor and im already reaching the lean limits of the bike. and i dont want to get rearsets and i also dont want to chuck a perfectly good street bike because im grinding hard parts. so thats why i wanted a SS, but then i crashed and now i rather just have a full on trackbike.
