having been inspired by green monsters 696 undertail exhaust, i am considering doing it. my wife loves her monster, but hates the big exhaust in the sides. she likes the undertail exhaust like my ducs.
here is the question:
has anyone done it on a 695?
buy misc prebent tube? or just have the pipe fabbed at a custom shop?

i have welded fine before, never exhaust tubing, but doesnt seem any worse than anything else. my bigger concern is i dont have a tubing bender, so i would have to buy misc pre-bent tubes somewhere and piece it all together, or maybe have a custom shop fab something up. not sure what that would cost tho
i would use an undertail canister from a jap bike

A true undertail exhaust will be difficult to accomplish. You'll have clearance issues with the rear tire.  Anything is possible though.

Why not just put some nice custom tips with built in dB killers on the collector outlets?  It will eliminate the side cans (I hate them, too).
