Valley Freeways Closures & Restrictions Weekend of August 20 ~ 23

1 Southbound I-17 ramps to east- and westbound I-10 at the ‘Stack’ interchange closed for freeway widening. Southbound I-17 on-ramp at Thomas Rd. and off-ramp at McDowell Rd. closed. Access I-10 by exiting at Indian School or Thomas roads and using southbound 7th Ave. (for eastbound I-10) or 35th Ave. (for westbound I-10). Drivers also can stay on southbound I-17 for downtown access or to connect with I-10 near Sky Harbor Airport.

2 Northbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria Freeway) closed overnight at Union Hills Dr. for bridge work. Traffic will detour along off- and on-ramps at Union Hills Dr.

3 Eastbound Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) closed overnight between Seventh Ave. and Seventh St. in north Phoenix for freeway management system work. Traffic will detour on frontage road.

4 Loop 303 closed in both directions between Peoria Ave. and Waddell Rd. for underground utility work. Traffic can use Cotton Lane as alternate route.
