Headlamp Fuse keeps blowing

Ok, the bike is under warranty and is back at the dealer now, but I wanted to see if anyone else has heard of this

This is kinda screwy but here goes

The fuse (15a) for the head light keeps blowing
A new realy has already been put in.

Here's the catch,

The Passing switch works, and when its pressed down, the High beam comes on.
Also, when that is held down, and the Light switch is flipped to brights, the Low beams come on.

Maybe a bad switch?

Have not had any other problems, and the bike runs great.

Any Ideas? The guys at the dealership seemed stumped, but they just got the bike today, so to be fair they havn't had much of chance to look at it. Thanks for the help,

if your highbeams are on and hit passing... then your highbeam should turn off to show a difference. can't get brighter.


but as far as the fuse... bad ground? pinched wire? do you have stock bulbs?

The same thing happen to me today (lose lights). The lights 15amp blown 2 days ago I didn't get a chance to check it yet so I'm happening this is the problem again. I did charge my headlight bulb to a H4 cool blue and since then the lights fuse blown. When I get home today I'm going back the the stock light bulb.
