The logo for Field Center for Children's Policy, Practice & Research... yeah no.

The A*Style logo was intentional

The FC logo in the OP ... someone was either blind or playing a joke.

Considering the all of the kid make the beast with two backsers in the Catholic Church, I'm gonna have to go with this one:



This logo for the Catholic Church's Archdiocesan Youth Commission dates from 1973, and won an award from the Art Directors Club of Los Angeles in 1974.
