2002 620 sprocket and chain specs?

I'm thinking about changing sprockets and chain on my 2002 Monster 620 myself and wanted to hear from experts on the right sizes to get. I commute Mon-Fri in traffic to work and was wondering what you guy recommend. I also would like the power to pull off a nice wheelie.

If you know of some good posts, video, or tutorial on how to change sprockets and chain please let me know as I'm trying to do this myself.
