sure you can try to sue everyone does.. but its equal parts frustration and money on your end for the entire process. 

if you are willig to give up time and energy, two things you will never get back ever, then by all means file a frivolous lawsuit and make someone's life diffucult.  but then again at that point you are only proving that you deserved to be treated like crap in the first place.

housing market is still sinking...you'll find a better deal...

I was house shopping up in Gloucester area...they are still in fantasyland

almost pulled the trigger on a mint Cape house on the river in Ipswich that still had its original clam shucking shack on the back of the property in great shape...converted to a 2 car garage and a huge shop.....4 gens in the original family

then I came to my senses, it was an easy 50K plus over what it was worth or will be worth in a few months

be patient, it will serve your best interests in the long run

what made you look in gloucester? just curious, as my brother lives there, and my dad lives in essex.

Wife...damn Yankee type...her daughters live up there in Magnolia and Manchester and she wants to have a house up north in addition to my place in the mountains of NC.

Once we dump out of NY we can take turns between the two places.....

besides I also have an ancestral line that started up in Newberryport back in the 1600's.....

yes a Dory would be closer to what Hemingway's character was in.... but I believe in motors...and yes friggin Lobster Boats are no bargain in any condition shape or form...a 21 or 22 footer would be just fine by me
