Well, not useless.  Careful reading of the subtext tells me that something slightly less than good happened.  In any case, I am sorry to hear about that.  I was surprised to discover just how incredibly stressful real estate deals are, even in the best circumstances.  Keep your head up.  And out of an oven.   :P  [thumbsup]

Sorry to hear that Kevin, I'm with Nate on this one, who wants to do business with someone like that? 

It could have been worse, he backs out of the deal the week before you close. 

That's just a shit thing to do.
