A guy I used to work with does this.  It's a very small community of people who use wingsuits around the world, he probably knows whoever made this video.

He was telling me you can bet that those guys have done dozens of jumps in the same area in order to get that close to the walls and outcrops. 

Looks fun as hell.  Probably an expensive hobby too.

Felix did it without jet power. The other guy was Yves Rossy. He used a jet pack.

If you were already skydiving recreationally, wouldn't be that expensive of a thing to start doing.
