Speedymoto triple clamp

Hello guys,
I was wondering if someone has installed the speedymoto triple clamp on a S4Rs with a M2 Matris damper?  From what I understand I need the 53mm clamp.  My question is, how do you guys have managed to install your damper ?

Do I need the version with the risers (mandatory) or there's another way to install a top mounted damper ?  I'm using a damper similar to the one posted at the bottom of this thread.
