Here is an interview of Giovanni Castiglioni on the MV Agusta F3, Harley-Davidson and two other new models.

Here is what I gleaned from the interview:
 1) The three-cylinder, 675cc MV Agusta F3 should make 140bhp and be available 10 months after EICMA.
 2) There will be a cheaper "dark" version of the 4-cylinder Brutale next March 2011.
 3) The 3 cylinder 675 Brutale will come out after that.

You're forgetting the sub 10k price tag for the F3.

I get unseemly bulges every time I think of it. 140 hp? Damn.

Wow, somehow I didn't quite pickup on that price tag.  That is impressive.

i think the article says the f3 will be about 11 euro but the butale smaller version will be arond 9k euro taht is where the sub 10 is coming from the f3 will still be at a premium from the r6 and such by a few thousand but not too much.

it seems they are doing what bmw and ducati are doing which is offering their bikes at only a smaller premium of 1-3 k over the japanese counterparts which is easier to swallow than say 8-10 that a normal f4 would be over an r1 or something in years past.

Actually, the base model f3 will apparently be 9k as well
