Hi,

Bought the Ventura bag system from somebody on the board used, and I'm not sure if I have all the pieces to successfully mount the system to my bike.

So anybody that has the system, perhaps you can chime in.  the piece that i suspect i am missing is a bracket or crossbar that mounts across and underneath the seat so that i can secure the L-Brackets in the rear of the bike.  Is this correct that there should be a piece that would allow this?

If this is not the case, what do you secure the L-brackets to in the rear?

Thanks in advance!

PS any pics would be really useful, since i'm pretty much flying blind here.

yes, you do need a cross piece that goes under the seat for both "L" bars mount to.

That is what mine is like. ('07 S2R1K)
