Have a buyer for my handlebars. (OEM S2R 800) He has an S2R Dark with OEM bars.  Will there be any trouble swapping them?  Thanks.

620, 695, S2R800Dark = Cheap Steel Bar
S2R800, S2R1K, S4R = Magura Tapered Aluminum Bar

So would that require different clamps?

DarkStaR

The triple clamps are different.  The risers do not come off on the steel bar triple.

The Pro Taper Universal 1/18" HandleBar Adapter Kit (02-2821) will work too for around $40:

The good folks at Hattar Motorsports in San Rafeal, CA were able to order these for me and confirm that they'd do the trick.

Not good looking, but for $40, that's a good deal compare to the Rizomas.

Finally got around to installing the aluminum bars on the S2R Dark using the The Pro-Taper adapter I was raving about a few months ago.  Totally didn't fit.

Yeah ducati uses a really wide bolt spacing - dirt bike adapters generally won't work.
