Servicing choices are many.

D-Moto Unit 4/3-5 Harbord St, Clyde, Ph: 8677 9120
Desmo Clinic Unit 3, 25-29 Nancarrow Avenue Ryde, ph: 9808 4277
Gowenloch's Unit 10 / 25 Garema Circuit, Kingsgrove, ph: 9750 4346
Flywheels, 100 McEvoy Street Alexandria, ph: 9699 7800
Northside Motorcycles, 335 Pacific Hwy Artarmon, ph: 9439-3549

All these places are capable of servicing your bike. Gowenloch's is perhaps a big more old school now so maybe not your first choice.
My bike goes to D-Moto and many also use Mike at Desmo Clinic.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but how bout VIC? My rear brake lever's spring broke, went to Ducati Melb and was informed that it will take about 3 days to order and deliver. Anyone knows of wreckers or other servicing centres?

Lucky it's only 3 days.  They couldn't get me a new wheel in under 3 months!!  You could try Brad Black for help.
