To Chop or not Chop the eternal ducati monster owner's question.

I've so far resisted the urge to chop, but with every mod I keep looking at the tail and think that you'll be next  laughingdp

Has anyone had any dramas with rego or anything since going the chop??

Don't know if this is of any interest, but I'll throw it in anyway...on the subject of Monster tail chops...at the concours judges briefing on Sunday it was clearly stated that points are to be deducted for tail chops... Huh? Huh?

A good thing about the standard beer tray is that it err "can hide" the number plate from overhead toll and freeway speed detection cameras! Evil cheeky

You just might have to readjust the number plate a tad to make maximum use of the "standard" part, and of course I am not advocating that riders should do this, no not at all!! applause

I'm just bringing it to the attention of the group of a matter of community interest!!?? Roll Eyes Evil waytogo

That's a very clear, easy to follow and well presented video.... thanks for the posting it.

I like the look of the tail chop also, but I dont know if I could bring myself to put a hacksaw to my bike.

But I suppose there's no better time to buy one as the Aussie $ is almost at one with the $USD.

That's a little disappointing to know Mike, that chop's are marked down.
IMHO if you look at the majority of Monsters that we'd mostly all aspire to have create.
i.e. Spidey's, Jeff from Monster Parts, Anything Duck Stew has created they are all chopped.

chopped rocks!

I have been doing more research on this tail chop...

Check out this guy... maybe he should have had "Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead or Alive" playing as the soundtrack
