I never liked these things.

They should all get stuffed into a machine like this :)

as an alternative, they make decent moorings for smaller boats..
If you drive the nicest car in the neighborhood, work in a cash business, and don't pay taxes, you're either a preacher or a drug dealer...

ok...but once it finally ends up on the bottom of the harbor, it should stay put.
