I blew my 98 M750 engine and am thinking of swapping in a 900ss engine with V heads.  Such engines seem to be rare.  So, what about a 99, 00, or later fuel injected engine.  Can I swap in such an engine, hook up my FCRs and go?

It will work...not sure if the valve sizes are the same as the old V heads.

I'm of the opinion that if you have 39 FCR's it's a better choice for the 900.

I also believe the transmission is the close ratio as in the 748.
