Immobilizer set off, no code card, no red key. What now?

Bought my monster as a total newb back in May and didn't know about red key or code card or any of that, blinded by the awesomeness of the bike obviously. Had 1 black key and I got a copy of it made so I thought I'd be fine with 2 keys.

Today on a short ride the red light comes on so I turn back and head home. When I turn it off and on to see if the light stayed on, the yellow light came on.  [bang]

What options do I have here? Basically forced to buy new gauges/ECU/locks right?

Does an aftermarket ECU do me any good?

with an aftermarket ECU or reflashed ECU you have the option to have the immobilizer disabled, so all will be good.
No gauges, locks needed.

Links please? Thanks guys, I bought a new exhaust and am going to chop my airbox so a reflash is necessary anyways.
