Just had a customer ask me how to get rid of the fog/mist on the outside of her windshield in the morning.  Her defrost function wasnt working.  Works great on the inside though.  Yesterday had one that couldn't get into his car because the remote batteries died.  WTF?

That's just when you take the keys and give them over to people who will appreciate those auto, can actually  drive/use them but cannot afford them.

I'd like to volunteer as the 1st test candidate for the Porsche redistribution program

Are the Porsches like my VW where this is no visible keyhole to open the door of the remote dies?
On mine you have to pop the end off the handle and voila there is the keyhole.
Maybe not obvious to someone who doesn't read the manual

Reminds me of the blonde that locked her keys in her car.  It took her 6 hours to get her twin sister out.

I can remember 12-16 line tickets on the 04/05 Touaregs here at the dealership, and half of the lines were issues that could have been answered/resolved by the owner/operator simply opening that weight in their glove box called an owners manual....

I would've answered very politely then referred them to the owner's manual.  You could even bookmark the page for them with a sign marked "idiot!" Grin

I build houses. I've had a client go into a screaming rage when I told her she could not have a wooden hearth on one of her fireplaces.
