Attention everyone: I love hockey. That is all. I'll post what I put on the *other* ducatimonster website:

There's no doubt that Dallas is talented and definitely underrated; however, Detroit is playing on all cylinders, fully rested, and has two defensemen named Niklas that are playing pretty damn good. Dallas is definitely emotional and ready to go but are less talented and have been beat up a little by San Jose.

Turco is awesome, but Osgood has just won 6 straight playoff games. Of course, a depleted Colorado is not in the same ballpark as Dallas coming off a 4OT win. Still, you have to admit that Osgood was hot after that run... and we'll see if he carries through the extended rest.

I think Detroit just has too many weapons, but I truly believe that Dallas will not roll over for the Wings. This series could easily and not surprisingly go to the full seven.

Turco is a stud in goal, but for whatever reason has never played well against the Wings.  Osgood is hot right now, glad he's getting the playing time he deserves.  And if he tanks, we still have the old man!
