From AG Hammer:

QuoteIt is a capacitor designed to smooth the bike's +12V system while the
bike is running. The theory is that it helps feed the ignition coils by
supplying more juice when the coils need them.

What does it actually do?
Anyone tried them?

i've got one.

its a capacitor to even out the electrical system. i think it would be very helpful on a small-alternator model, pre-98 monsters, etc.

Its also fairly small, the pictures make it look large. Its really about the size of two fuse blocks back-to-back. I'd estimate its a 1" x 2" x 3".

oh, and i got mine from CA-Cycleworks, Chris is great to deal with so I've never bothered looking for another supplier of AG Hammer parts.

Is it somekind of juice storage at low revs cause charging is low?

This review pretty much sums up my experience as well... Not much of a difference, seems a little smoother in spark delivery I suppose.

Worth the read.
Who doesn`t want over 14V at idle & never hotter than +43C while running?
