'94 M900

« on: June 10, 2008, 12:34:57 AM »

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a shorty rear fender for my '94 M900. On TOB I've seen someone make a small one out of a piece of Aluminium (not sure who it was, but it looked really cool!). More of a shock guard than a fender, but exactly what I was looking for! Any idea if something like that is commercially available? Perhaps even in C/F?

Cheers!

You can take a normal CF fender and cut it down to the size /shape you want ,it's very easy stuff to work with (CF)

Yes, carbon is easy to work with.  (Use abrasive cutting tools.  Cut-off wheels in a Dremel work great.)  BUT, always wear a mask.  Carbon dust in the lungs is very, very bad for you.   waytogo
