I created a plastic tank thread there in June 2009, I went today to update it and as soon as I posted I got this:

I hadn't posted anything else and that thread hadn't been locked or anything, I was just posting updates like I do here (really just cutting and pasting from here).

Anyone know anyone at that site?  I emailed and haven't gotten a reply.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Be careful. Soon there will be goons showing up at your front door.

It looks like Ducatispot.com is another site owned by a private company like Vertical Scope.  This is uncharacteristically tin-foil-hat of me, but iI wouldn't be surprised if they kicked ya off in order to keep out rabble rousers hurting the Ducati brand.

Or maybe they could somehow just tell that you're a douche.   ;D

The same thing happened to me when I tried to register for that forum...I never tried to get on again.

It's just weird.. my original post about the tank problem (same as the one on this board) was June 2009 and it wasn't deleted or anything.. Account remained active.. but as soon as I updated it.. boom..

And we all know law school pretty much douches you out...  [evil]

Looks like they're two blocks from my work.  Should I walk over there and ask 'em?  [laugh]

I think it's more like the Arlo's description of FBI guys...

The Pause of Mr. Claus
words and music by Arlo Guthrie

This next song we're going to dedicate to a great American
organization. Tonight I'd like to dedicate this to our boys
in the FBI.

Well, wait a minute. It's hard to be an FBI man. I mean, first
of all, being an FBI man, you have to be over 40 years old.
And the reason is that it takes at least 25 years with the
organization to be that much of a bastard. It's true. You just
can't join, you know. It needs an atmosphere where your
natural bastardness can grow and develop and take a
meaningful shape in today's complex society.

the douche is in all lawyers.

Law school nurtures and develops it

If you drive the nicest car in the neighborhood, work in a cash business, and don't pay taxes, you're either a preacher or a drug dealer...
