How does the hat stay on?  No, really...how's it on there?

duct tape loops on the inside. I used clear packing tape to tape the front and to make sure no air could get it and rip the hat off

That'll work around town, but probably not on the Bay Bridge.   [cheeky]

When I did mine I used zip ties through my air vents.  It was super cold though. I supposed you could tape over the vents after the zip ties are in place.

This might work.  My vents are all broken, so they're open all the time anyways.
