Read about that on line Friday afternoon. Forwarded the story to some friends that were big Capt. Beefheart fans in the 70s. They hadn't heard. I listened to his stuff hanging with them but always leaned more toward Frank Zappa. Both a great loss to the music world. Didn't know the Capt. had been so deep into art since the early 80s.
