Who's read it? An amazingly beautiful book, inspiring on all levels. The analogies of racing to life are especially poignant to riders. If you haven't read it yet, I strongly recommend you do!

I read it too. It was a quick read.

While some of the racer references were a bit cliche and the ending was hokey, overall I loved the book from both a motorcycle and car guy and an animal lovers perspective.

haven't read it, but it looks like a great read....may have to pick it up as a "New Years" present to myself

Bought it a few years ago when it came out and took it on a camping trip into the Sierras.  Enjoyed it immensely, even cried a good bit through it all.  We lost our yellow lab the year before and it still smarted.

I've got an extra copy laying around because I bought it as a Christmas present that will no longer be given, so long as you don't mind the highlighting that made it the present. As soon as my mom is done with it, I'll ship it off to whoever claims it as long as you promise to pass it off to the next DMF'r!
