The world lost a true badass today and is just that much less deviant  :(

Now, which ridiculously awesome movie shall I watch tonight in his honor?

*still haven't seen the Town yet, need to.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

+1. Brassed Off was a good one too. The brass band music gave me shivers.
I like a drink. You know when people say 'I like a drink as much as the next man'? Not if I'm the next man, you don't.

Some remarkable performances.... the highlight for mine.... In The Name of the Father.

Superb Actor, Little known Role I always loved him in was the Father/Priest in Dragon Heart.

RIP Sir.  :'(

Dragonheart Trailer *good quality*

RIP :(

His most memorable role, to me, was in The Omen...

After checking IMDB?
Dragon Heart (the scribe was a great character)
The Usual Suspects (Srsly, great movie)

brassed off meant a great deal to me. I remember the pit closures in the old country, and the distress it caused. That was a really good prortrayal in that movie of how to kill a town and demoralize its inhabitants,. Look at Newcastle, leeds, Sunderland, Liverpool, Sheffield Birmingham..... these were the great manufacturing centers of Britian. Coal, Steel and Iron, Shipbuilding. All gone now. In 100 years China will be a big wasteland just like the industrial heartlands of Britian and America.
RIP Sir, Congratulations on a job well done. [thumbsup]

RIP sire.  A fantastic actor that brightened any film he was in.  Though most famous for his character parts, among his lead roles like Brassed Off (brilliant) was a favorite of mine, Among Giants.
VIVA LA EVOLUCION!!!
