I need to fold some .063 aluminum fairly precisely, anyone local with access to a brake? I can use the board and hammer method if needed, but I figured I would ask around.

I rented one from Ace and from Sunbelt, they have 2 or 3 sizes up to 10 ft wide.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Allstate Sheetmetal has offered to do it on the cheap. I actually might just do it by hand. I did a test piece and it kicked my ass, but then I realized I had grabbed a piece of .080 scrap. Tried it with a piece that really was .063 and it bent much easier. It's only two simple bends so I don't think it'll be a problem.
