Lexan lens, BiXenon projector stuffed inside a stock monster bucket.

i used to have a low profile set of those for turn signal mounts (put 'em below lower triple)

Witty Name Here

Not new but the Acerbis Cyclops looks ok. I lowered the gauges, they tuck in nicely behind the fly-screen and raised the bars. BUT... they suck. You cant see shit. I'm going to try to fit some HID's in there. If that doesn't work it's on to something else.

It's a Headwinds aluminum bullet headlight, machined to fit a motogadget tach.

Not exactly an off the shelf / bolt-in part  ;D

DM, I feel a serious, overcoming need to hump the first thing in sight every time I look at your setup. I don't think my computer's chair will ever be the same.  ;)

I have a few pics, what parts do you want to know about?

I'd like to see what you modified to fit the projector and which projector you used :) Thanks!

The projector was an item I found off ebay.

I removed the guts from the bucket, drilled/filed a hole the the back of it and mounted up the projector.

The lens I made out of lexan myself, and then attached it to the headlight right with some silicone.  I did make a few extra lenses.  To get the shape I put the flat lens in the headlight trim ring, supported it, and into the oven it went.  I waited until it sagged, and then removed it/let it cool.

Sounds simple enough.
Do hardware stores carry sheets of lexan? Never had a reason to look.
