has anyone assembled rearsets from fastfromthepast.com?

I don't think I'm stupid, but I can't figure out what mounting plate I need for an 04 620.

I think all he sells are Tarozzi rearsets, no?  I've never seen a set on a Monster.  I've used them on several vintage restorations, and currently have a set on my Aermacchi.  I typically fabricate my own mounting plates, but if there are some commercially available for your bike that'd be much easier!

You might give Jim a call.  He's good folks and easy to deal with.  He's located in Atlanta, GA and is pretty knowledgable in my experience.

Tarozzi's are usually for vintage/old bikes that need something different or rearset parts are unavailable, like my Suzuki GS650 from 1981, I don't think they make a set for something as modern as a monster. However, you could always order the parts individually and fab up a mounting plate with a local machinist.

Small world, huh?  I owned a GS650GL back during the stone age.  First bike I ever spent my own money to buy!   [moto]

I agree with your assessment of Tarozzi parts.  Typically used for vintage projects.  They would, however, look stunning on a Monster.   [thumbsup]

I think you would be happy to know that there is a Suzuki GS community that is just as helpful and tight knit as the DMF. They're a whole lot more active, because 9 times out of 10, a GS has been sitting in a garage for at least a decade. I know mine was before I restored it...

classic monster rearsets under $300??!?! I didn't even know ducabike made any for our bikes!

One question, is there any sort of passenger peg bracket like the rizomas or cc's available?

Same here - I've been looking for rearsets similar to these! Obviously I wasn't looking hard enough :(
I would love to know if you can get a passenger attachment for these?? The wife might get a bit cranky if I take away here pegs  >:(

Unfortunately there is no passenger peg attachment available for these - at least not yet.

They really are nice in person, I can't wait til I can actually ride the bike with them on.

wow those are really nice.  I've looked at your ducabike selection before and never noticed those.

I know the FFP ones had the same problem, but I hadn't gotten there yet. Any suggestions on hanging low pipes?

Anyone?

i mean I suppose I could get an exbox or boomtubes or something, but that adds up to some expensive rearsets.

If I owned a Monster these would fit on I would let you know how they work with each exhaust first hand, but unfortunately I don't at this time.

That said, I can't see why they won't work with either high or low mounts, but if somebody purchases them and realizes they won't work - just send them back for a full refund (just don't damage them).

I'll post up some pictures of them mounted on my ST4 soon for you guys to drool over though.

I wonder how hard it would be to add some mounting tabs to a S2R frame for those...
