I saw the B-52s at the taste of Addison concert about 3 years ago.  They were outstanding.

was walking through a typically picturesque park in Switzerland, and saw a statue of Charlie Chaplin.  was thinking "that's cool", since although Charlie Chaplin was British, he actually died in Vevey, not far from said park I was walking in...  then I came across a Freddie Mercury statue, and I had to call it out to my host.     dude....  Freddie Mercury?  park in Switzerland?  is there some weird tie in I'm missing here?  apparently not.  apparently, the swiss just really loved Freddie Mercury.  It makes sense, the swiss are notoriously prissy, mildly xenophobic, and wildly straight laced.  what's not to love about a gay, indian, zoroastrian rocker?
