don't forget that "someone"  lives in Frisco and can happily coordinate travel schedules, that way when you're out the Desmo you buy will be ridden properly and vice versa when I'm traveling.  Grin

Smiley) I think I was just too excited LOL... it's a cozy place but fairly big store (bigger than AMS for sure) Wink She was really slick, I didn't even check price on the t-shirts then when I handed out my c/c to her she said something like "these are a little bit more expensive" and I replied that's fine... Then I got to sign a $162 bill LOL...

Maybe she thought you were with the government and you were handing her a stimulus credit card. laughingdp I love that..."a little bit more expensive". Famous last words. bang head Hope you guys look marvelous in them! waytogo Bet you those will never end up in the garage as polishing cloths!

Whaa?  Undecided  This would have nothing to do with the sirens about 45 seconds after y'all left The P?

I have the exact same kind of story from the Ferrari store in Rome.... Cool shirt I'd never seen before without a price tag.

Zach, Catie and I went for a small ride to get some BBQ and on the way back "in a neighborhood"  (it was a four lane) I decided to sneak around them at about 80-90 mph.  I just happened to do it in front of Officer Gray of the Fort Worth Police Dept.  You know what I'm thinking.... I just got a 97 in a 60 last month which I have not paid for yet and never appeared for court either.....  I'm thinking great, here's a 40+ over speeding ticket and I am on an illegal motorcycle.  He comes up and asks for my license, ins,  and all that stuff.  Looks at Z&C as they are pulling off and says, "you were going a little faster than them...."  He goes back to his car with my license comes back 5 mins later laughing at me....  He says, "you are in so many ways non compliant, why would you even think about speeding?"  Let's see.... there was the out of state drivers license, no motorcycle endorsement, R1 in another persons name and hasn't been registered for 9 months, no muffler (straight pipe, yes the neighborhood assoc. loves me  Wink ) I'm assuming a bench warrant for my failure to appear last month, 80+ mph in a 40 zone......I'm sure there is more that I can't think of at the moment.  The only thing I can think of to say is.... yes sir officer, I'm an idiot....  He then laughs again and says, "try not to speed the rest of the way home."  As he's walking back to his cruiser, he yells back, "you be careful on Blue Bell."  I'm thinking holy shit, how did he know I lived on Blue Bell?  I gave him a KY license....  Apparently we live in a popular house with all the "toys" that are in the garage and in front of the house, they have stopped and talked to the roomie about the Unimog and all the different motorcycles.  All I cared about was limping home as slowly and "quietly" as possible.  So, moral of the story... slow the make the beast with two backs down.

ok I'll say it.. and you guys can make fun of me.. My business partner has an Indian Vintage Chief just before they closed the factory in 2000 I guess? Anyhow, all chromed out, black with beige saddle bags... I drove the thing from Santa Monica to Malibu up PCH and then back to Beverly Hills.. I'm officially in love!!! Had my cigar lit the whole way enjoying the view and the ride.. pics on my iPhone will post late, but omg what a nice bike and ride..I'm thinking I'll definitely pick one up and have it custom made soon...!!!

Speaking of Ducatis, I saw an S2R 800 @ Malibu Canyon mall (or something close to that name, it was where Nobu is on Malibu), waived at the guy but he probably thought I was nuts LOL..

Have a Roadstar, here's the link http://willtnt.smugmug.com/gallery/7025512_RdzZ7#477073670_LwxtR
now I'm going to catch hell for posting a non-Duc  Evil  I will say that with 112 lbs of torque though it's a mega "Monster"  Helps to have a long-stroke, very smooth and strong as an Ox.
I return Wed from traveling so lets say Thursday or Friday?  maybe we can hit the "dinner" these guys post for pretty much every Thursday.
