We just got back to my mother's-in-law place (I know it's right, but it just looks weird...) from eating at Zydeco's in Belle Chasse (near New Orleans).  SOOOO much fried catfish... I almost didn't have any room for cheesecake and coffee!  waytogo

My wife is affectionally known as the Cajun Princess (her Mom was a Mardi Gras Queen in 1954!) and we just were talking about the oyster and shrimp stuffing stuffed turkeys and chickens they used to eat at the holidays. I'll have to ask her again where they were purchased. She still has aunts and uncles in NOLA and tons of Loyola friends that stuck out Katrina. She and the son have gone back many times since the Big K but mostly without me. Miss NOLA. Super cool town. She's still talking about the Saints winning the Superbowl last year like it just happened... probably will forever! laughingdp waytogo And she's still pissed at the Cowgirls messing up their perfect season! bang head

Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

Saw "ELBOWZ" drive by yesterday about 2:30 at Mockingbird and Abrams... again. Still has the same black Porsche turbo Cayenne. You'd think with that new factory contract he would ditch that piece of junk and upgrade! laughingdp

I quickly realized on today's ride that it's time for gloves that DO NOT channel air in.  "Brisk" is a fun word but far from accurate.
