I'll go ban myself for starting this thread now.

"Helping poor and suffering people is compassion. Voting for our government to use guns to give money to help poor and suffering people is immoral self-righteous bullying laziness."

I read that story earlier and thought...wait till these guys watch Punkin Chunkin and get some ideas on how to REALLY launch their product across the border....but at what point does that get constituted as aerial assault and get the Air Force involved?

Except in matters of grammer.  ;D

who're is a contraction for who are; though one doesn't usually contract the two. If you're referring to yourself it would be who is, or who's. If you're referring to all Libertarians, then a semi colon is appropriate. 'Being a Libertarian; who are always right.' - I keed I keed

But seriously, who're sounds just like whore when said... so make of that what you will.

it may be that the misspelling of the grammar and such with the whole "who're" and the misreading of the word for the word "whore" could have been an intended thing from the OP, if it was then the posting by the OP is even more witty.    [clap]

aside from a suspect legitimacy when seen outside of colloquial usage in dialogue (see y'all), "who are" contracted or otherwise, does not work here...."a libertarian" is singular......

maybe if the author had employed parentheses as in "a libertarian (who are/who're always right)" it might squeak by

contractions are a potentially muddy area of the language
This is an insult to the Pez community

Was it Carlin that argued a 10 foot wall only needs a 12 foot ladder, and a 16 foot wall only needs an 18 foot ladder?
