If only to perpetuate the idea that all of us are poofters...not that there's anything wrong with that...I'm posting a recipe for the crab and artichoke dip that I made last night upon request.  Feel free to post your own or just exchange insults here.

(Hayley is my youngest sister.)

Hayley's Hot Artichoke Crab Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 garlic clove, pressed (I used most of a roasted bulb in my version)
1 small can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
8 oz. can crab meat
3/4 parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/8 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
optional: add cayenne pepper or sliced peppers for a kick (I didn't use them in mine)

Preheat oven to 350.  Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.  Spoon into an 8x8 casserole dish and bake 45 mins. or until golden brown.  Garnish with bell peppers, more green onions and cheddar or parmesan about halfway through cooking.  Serve warm with tortilla or pita chips.

Note:  You can double the recipe, but make sure not to make the concoction more than 1" or so deep in your dish.  It doesn't cook right otherwise.

Hey, I didn't make it to your end of the room last night.  A belated "hi" to you and Curly.

And, uh... I don't know.  She's my little sister.  I can't get past her scribbling all over my Social Studies map assignment back in jr. high and her smearing her crib with poo.  Neither one of those things makes her particularly "hawt" in my book.

Yeah, sorry we didn't have more time to chat. Had to get onto the main event (One Market) for our anniversary dinner.

As for the sister question, it was purely rhetorical - besides, if she had to endure you all those years she must have some good qualities.

From when she was about two...nothing since then.  There's just a lot of wrongness in all of that.   cheeky

So far this recipe exchange thread is one recipe and a bunch of insults peppered with snide comments about my sister.  Typical.    Tongue
