Just a quick update-

Things ate going according to plan. If all goes well with lendors I should be up and running late Marxh-early april.

The Deal King fired up the Deal Generator and scored an automatic horizontal band saw for $1200 and (I think) a bridgeport mill for $1000

:D
A Bridgeport for a grand?   :o :o :o :o :o

Is it serial #1? :P

Nope. I don't care how old it is.  It just has to have a variable speed head, meaning you crank the handle to change speed vs move the belt to a different pulley.

This machine also has a power draw bar and glass scales. It is missing the dro box but I can source one on my own.

I'm going to look at it today I hope.

Cross your fingers for me!

I've read plenty of dials. It sucks. For the few hundred to step up to dro...so worth it.

Monsterlover

Yeah, the building is good.  It used to have plastic injection machines in it.

Tons of folks run a phase converter (ive even seen DIY threads on building your own.  Scary.)

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.
