In the middle of my floor project.

Rented a floor buffer with a drive wheel that accepts 16 grit sanding discs.

Honestly, i wish they were like 5 grit. 16 works but i could handle a more aggressive cut.

The areas with old paint are really not too much of a problem. Its the spot that has had water leak through the roof on and off over the years that's getting me.

The paint there is softer and likes to load up the paper Sad

They say its all in the prep so im going to do the best i can.

After the sanding ill sweep up and spray the floor with a solution of water and muratic acid (bad stuff) to further etch the floor and eat up any concrete dust that's leftover.

I'm not made of money.

I have two 800 sqft sections. One got prettied up.  Its enough space to do a lot of damage Evil
