I thought I'd ask a potentially stupid question here.  I'm not informed enough to know if it is stupid.  So, everyone agrees that the Ducati round case desmo 750 is one of the most beautiful moto engines ever.  How hard would it be to make more of them, for someone that owns a machine shop? Is it "put in a couple late night and weekends" hard or more like "hire four or five engineers, and 10 or so draftsmen (or draftswomen), buy a foundry and  hire fifty more people to pour, machine and assemble" hard?  or is it even harder than that?

Hard is the wrong word.

Nothing is hard when enough money gets involved.

The word you're looking for is "expensive" which this project would be ;)

Red neck air dryer I built.

Works a lot better than I thought it would.

Cool idea but the drain over the electrical switch is a little dangerous.  I see the 90 on it but it's still pretty close.

Yeah, I hear you. The box never gets touched as its really just a pass through and the switch is nonfunctional.

I haven't been zapped opening the valve so it must be fine ;D

Just have an employee drain the system.  Isn't that what they're for?   ........................  just kidding

Running titanium parts for StradaFab right now :D

2 Ti Sport Classic necks are done and 1 749R neck is almost halfway there

[thumbsup]

These things are F'ing light!  Not that bad to machine, they just take about 5x longer than the same thing made from steel.

749R and Sport Classic Titanium frame necks for StradaFab

A bronze bushing for something or other. The grooves on the inside are to hold grease

Exhaust end caps for StradaFab. This is a test piece. The good parts have the correct number of mounting holes ;D
