It's your bike, do whatever you want to it!   Smiley  It won't cost much, and its easily reversed.

It would be cheaper and have the same effect if you just ate a bunch of Taco Bell and took a massive shit on the bike.

Alternatively, you could park it in Chinatown and see if someone dumps a load of restaurant garbage on it, but that's been done.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Man, if your poo is glowing like neon, you need to go directly to the hospital.

Seriously, though: While it isn't something I would do to a bike, I think the effect is better if the neon tubes can be completely hidden so that all that can be seen is the glow.  This result is easier with a fairing.

I said the same effect, but I didn't mean the same visual effect.  I was referring to the effect on the value and overall look of the bike.

...plus a couple of these:

a stretched swingarm, and a clown hat and you're in business...

Tail gunner exhaust.

It spins like a minigun when you ride.

It takes a big man to put neon and/or tail gunners on his bike.

I say "big man" because you'll need a pretty thick skin to handle all the well-deserved abuse heaped on you for having such a tacky bike.  Grin
