Hello Gents and/or Gentessess.

Has anybody chopped the tail of their S4r while using the Ventura Luggage system.
I am concerned the L brackets from the luggage rack system attached to the bike frame may come close to striking the stock indicators after refitting.
I can supply a photo if my description is unclear.

thanks for your replies.

Thanks He Man

I wasn't sure, I was thinking of going for the intergrated LED tail light  as well just to be sure.

I can tell you it doesn't interfere with the indicators.
I've just done a road trip and changed from my usual LED indicators to the OEM so the system would work.

Posting pics with iPad and flickr is a pain but if you see my flickr links below and go to the OzMonsters Flickr and look at the Oxley Tour set you'll see my S4Rs with the rack on it.

Thanks Matty V much for the pic.
Do you reckon a tail chop would effect resale value in Aus?

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

Personally i don't think it would do anything to resale value.
