If you get a chance - ride the Great Ocean Road, the famous bit is near Port Campbell with cool cliffs & rock towers, it's hard to keep your eyes on the road with such awesome scenery!

Thanks for the heads up on F1.  Got invited to meet a friend in Syd and Mel mid march and didn't realize I'd be in Mel right in time for part of F1.
