1. I am too lazy to search to see if this thread has been created yet.
2. Food should always have tons of threads based on it.

Pics will follow once I get home and upload them this evening.

12 ounce ribeye tenderized (didn't need to be but I love steak you can cut with a fork) and seasoned with onion salt, garlic salt, fresh ground black pepper brushed with extra virgin olive oil. Grilled over medium flame for 5 minutes per side. Then shredded Asiago cheese over the top.
Green beans with light olive oil, onions, bacon, and some spaetzel...
An ice cold bottle of heiniken...

May have been one of the best meals I have ever made in 20 minutes...

My lunch today is quick and nutritious.  It's my own version of a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin.

Take a whole wheat English muffin, split it, and throw it in the toaster.  While that is going, take a small dessert bowl or tea cup with a rounded bottom and shoot it with cooking spray.  Pour in about a quarter cup of egg substitute.  Cover with a saucer and nuke for a minute.  Take the bowl out, and leave the saucer in.  Put a turkey sausage patty on top of the saucer and nuke for 10 seconds.  Take the sausage and put it on top of the egg.  Put a slice of nonfat or reduced fat cheese on top.  Put the bowl in the nuker uncovered for 15 seconds or until the cheese melts.  Pull the muffin out of the toaster and take the fillings out of the bowl and set it on top.  Watch out, because your sandwich will smell oh so good, but it will still be nuclear hot.  Enjoy!  It takes about 2 minutes to make.
