The best I can do is post up when we get home ... because as country bumpkins we don't possess all those trendy techno gadgets you hip city kids have.

Once we leave we will be going 'dark'.

I thought it would be next mandatory for country folk these days to at least  have a sat phone as minimum. :D

We're back.

Great to catch up with Heather and the all-new-G (and his two girls). Most of our riding was with Rendang and Andy ... thanks guys it was a good week.

Special thanks to Andy for sharing the Valet duties with me.

That's exactly what I've been told ... except we have to refer to it as Turismo.

Plus we have also been repeatedly schooled on the correct way to say Tricolore.

Nah, too gun shy for that ... having been repeatedly told that I posted too much last time and people couldn't be bothered reading or gave up after a short while. Oh and I didn't take photos.

My first Turismo, but definately not my last. Many thanks to Mark,Julie and Andy for showing me the Turismo ropes. The only dissapointment was the weather on Wednesday which rained out what would have been a great ride, the Mt Beauty-Falls Creek-Omeo loop. I got to Falls Creek then turned around and came back cause the rain just never let up. Here's a few random pics. My apologies for the poor quality.

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

Apparently more like tree (maybe that is the green part) ... perhaps somebody that knows what they are talking about can confirm.
