Hey folks, just thought I'd put a feeler out, but is anyone into the whole photography thing?  I'm currently in the market for a Canon EF 70-200mm f4L (or f2.8L if you're feeling generous!) lens and was hoping someone on the boards might be willing to give a guy a good deal on one.  I'd be willing to trade some moto service (valve adjustment??) too!   Grin
Let me know!

You can have my 2.8L ISII when you pry it from my cold dead hands. laughingdp Best lens I've ever owned. Sharp as a tack, beautiful bokeh wide open and the Image Stabilization lets me shoot down to 1/30 - 1/15 at 200mm. If you can swing it, go with the IS; you won't regret it. I had the Mk1 non-IS a few years back and, though it produced stunning results, it was difficult to use in lower lighting situations. With the IS, I no longer worry about it as I know I can use it in most any situation.

Keep your eyes open on Craigslist and also check out this forum which stays pretty active:

Good luck!

nice! but if I'm going to be close to 1000, i'd rather get a 2.8.  I don't want the IS model on this one if it's a f4...
