i thought it was a joke till about halfway through...

though, when i was living in malaysia for work, the scooter gangs there were pretty dangerous... no one could really afford motorcycles, so the whole crime subculture sprung up around scooters instead.  you would have like... really modded scooter races.

I own power tools with more parts and HP than a moped
