Sounds very business and car oriented. $5 says they won't allow motorcycles.

We should start a country club!
Not in the ugliest desert you've ever seen ass-hat-part of America. In a place that you'd actually like to be.
Let's buy Laguna Secca! Old military compounds are going for cheap these days. They tend to have beachfront property!

There was a track like this south of Phoenix. After a few years of operation, they opened it up to the public. I believe Ascari in Spain is more or less similar as well.

Autobahn in Joliet, ILL started like this as well...it lasted a year or two before they started allowing public orgs to rent the facility.

There's a new track being built along these lines in Avondale, LA, just outside New Orleans. It's set to open in July and I've already signed on as a moto member  Evil
That's the thing: these guys have included motorcyclists from the outset and have a relationship with the local Ducati shop to provide service at the track. They offer moto memberships at a lower price than car memberships, though with fewer features than car memberships. They also plan on having public trackdays from the beginning, starting in August. Maybe we should do a DIMBY Dirty Coast out of NOLA one of these years?  Evil
